Associate in Arts
Program Details
The Art Associate in Arts degree will provide the student with a basic foundation in art principles and practices. Selected courses will include study in art history and studio practice in the creation of both two and three-dimensional works of art. The Art degree is designed for students who are interested in furthering their skills in the visual arts. The degree can be used by students who want to transfer to a four-year university or college as an art major. However, students who plan to transfer to a CSU should consider pursuing the Studio Art Associate in Arts for Transfer (AA-T) degree.
