Health and Fitness

Programs that offer opportunities in career fields of healthcare including Speech Pathology, CNA, and Nursing fields are included in this TrAC. Knowledge as it relates to the nutrition, home sciences, and life management is provided. Fitness includes the physical improvement of one’s own health including athletics, health education and kinesiology.
